为解决某600 MW超临界对冲燃烧锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀的问题,采用运行优化调整的方式,研究了燃烧器风量、外二次风旋流强度、燃尽风开度和运行氧量对近壁区CO和H2S体积分数的影响。结果表明:采用“碗式配风”同时降低外侧燃烧器外二次风旋流强度,可显著降低近壁区还原性气体体积分数;通过增加运行氧量和调整燃尽风风量的方式,提高主燃烧器区过量空气系数,也有利于改善壁面还原性气氛,降低水冷壁高温腐蚀的风险。

In order to solve the problem of high temperature corrosion of water wall 600 MW supercritical opposed firing boiler by the operation optimization and adjustment,this paper is to study the effects of air volume of burner,the swirl intensity of secondary air for burners,over fire air(OFA)volume and operation oxygen volume on CO and H2S concentrations.Results show that using “bowl-type air distribution” can significantly decrease the reductive gas concentration close to the wall and the swirl intensity of secondary air for the burners.By increasing the operation oxygen volume and adjusting the OFA volume,the excess air coefficient in the main combustor area is helpful to improve reductive atmosphere close to the wall,and reduce the risk of high-temperature corrosion of water wall.
