为了研究煤粉在O2/H2O气氛下SO2的生成特性,选取3种特定含硫量和Ca/S摩尔比的煤粉,在沉降炉燃烧系统上对其在O2/N2、O2/CO2和O2/H2O 3种不同气氛下SO2生成与煤灰自固硫特性进行研究。结果表明:神华煤SO2排放质量浓度分别为120、125和129 mg/m3、自固硫效率为26%、26.01%和25.29%,霍林河煤为153、145和160 mg/m3以及35.65%、36.18%和35.43%,平顶山煤为1 007、1 071和1 064 mg/m3以及18.54%、19.69%和19.6%,煤燃烧产生的SO2以及煤灰的自固硫特性与燃烧气氛基本无关,与煤中硫的质量分数有关;含硫量越高的煤,SO2排放越多;煤灰的自固硫作用并不随Ca/S摩尔比的增加而增加。

To investigate the SO2 formation characteristics in O2/H2O,the SO2 emission characteristics and sulfur selfretention by ash of three coals with different sulfur contents and Ca/S molar ratios under O2/N2,O2/CO2 and O2/H2O combustion were investigated in a drop tube furnace (DTF),aiming to ascertain the effects of combustion atmosphere,sulfur content and Ca/S molar ratio.For SH coal,SO2 emission rates were 120-129 mg/m3 and sulfur selfretention efficiencies were 25.29-26.01% under three combustion atmospheres.For HLH coal,SO2 emission rates were 145-160 mg/m3 and sulfur selfretention efficiencies were 35.43-36.18%.For PDS coal,SO2 emission rates were 1 007-1 071 mg/m3 and sulfur self-retention efficiencies were 18.54-19.69%.SO2 emission and sulfur selfretention efficiency by ash were mainly affected by sulfur contents of coal instead of combustion atmosphere.Coals with higher sulfur contents discharge more SO2,while the sulfur self-retention efficiency by ash is not always improved with the increase of Ca/S molar ratio.
