为解决临机加热系统复杂和推广困难的问题,对临机加热系统的改进方法进行研究。以660 MW超超临界机组临机加热系统实际运行数据为基础,提出通过取消疏水系统简化临机加热系统的改造方法,并对其进行能耗及技术经济分析。研究表明:临机加热系统取消2号高压加热器至除氧器的正常疏水系统可以使系统大幅简化,示例机组投资减少约48%,能耗提高约7%~14%;示例机组在标煤单价800元/t、全年系统投入运行20次条件下,正常疏水系统的投资回收年限为23.63 a;总体来看,简化系统是一种更为经济可行的系统型式。

In order to solve the problem of complex and difficult popularization of the adjacent heating system,this paper studies the improvement method of the adjacent heating system.A detailed analysis of the improvement of the adjacent heating system is presented,and the influence on energy consumption and the impact of overall technical and economic is given based on a 660 MW ultra supercritical unit.The elimination of the normal drainage system of No.2 high pressure heater to deaerator can greatly simplify the system.With the example of the unit,the investment is reduced by about 48% and the energy consumption is improved by about 7%~14%.From the technical and economic analysis,the investment recovery period of the normal drainage system is 23.63 years under the condition that the price of the standard coal is 800 Yuan/T and the system is put into operation 20 times a year.Overall,the simplified system is a more economical and feasible system type.
