为分析弹片对翼型气动及噪声方面的影响,以NACA0022为原始翼型,通过在其吸力面加装不同形式的固定气动弹片,比较原始翼型与弹片翼型的气动性能和噪声特性。采用大涡模拟,计算来流风速为29.4 m/s,迎角范围在4°~24°内翼型气动性能和流场分布的变化。研究翼型噪声产生机理,运用FW-H方程进行声学计算,并通过傅里叶转换进行频谱分析。数值计算结果表明:大于12°攻角下,弹片翼型较原始翼型气动性能改善明显,升力系数最大可提高27.31%,且有效推迟翼型的失速产生,单个气动弹片翼型表现更优;大于8°攻角时,气动弹片对监测点处噪声总声压级增大效果并不明显,最大仅为1.90%,且翼型噪声总声压级在指向性分布上呈现较为明显的偶极子分布。

In order to solve the problem of complex and difficult popularization of the adjacent heating system,this paper studies the improvement method of the adjacent heating system.A detailed analysis of the improvement of the adjacent heating system is presented,and the influence on energy consumption and the impact of overall technical and economic is given based on a 660 MW ultra supercritical unit.The elimination of the normal drainage system of No.2 high pressure heater to deaerator can greatly simplify the system.With the example of the unit,the investment is reduced by about 48% and the energy consumption is improved by about 7%~14%.From the technical and economic analysis,the investment recovery period of the normal drainage system is 23.63 years under the condition that the price of the standard coal is 800 Yuan/T and the system is put into operation 20 times a year.Overall,the simplified system is a more economical and feasible system type.
