为分析坡型孔板不同孔径对带诱导轮离心泵进口段流场及外特性影响,设置0.8R、1.0R、1.4R和1.6R(R为孔板半径)4种不同孔径的坡型孔板,基于ANSYS-CFX软件在0.6、0.8、1.0和1.2设计流量工况下进行数值模拟。结果表明:坡型孔板孔径的减小能够增强对进口段轴向回流的约束能力,但同时将加剧内部旋涡的产生与扩大;孔径为1.0R、0.8R的坡型孔板能够较好抑制进口段回流漩涡,在一定程度上提高水力性能。

In order to explore the influence of different aperture of slope orifice on flow field and external characteristics of centrifugal pump with inducer,four kinds of slope orifice plates with different apertures of 0.8R,1.0R,1.4R and 1.6R were set up in the experiment.The numerical simulation was carried out under the design flow conditions of 0.6,0.8,1.0 and 1.2 based on ANSYS-CFX software.The results show that the reduction of the aperture of the orifice plate can enhance the restraint ability of the inlet axial recirculation,but at the same time it will aggravate the generation and expansion of the internal vortex.Slope orifice plate with aperture of 1.0R and 0.8R can restrain the recirculation vortex in the inlet section and improve the hydraulic performance to a certain extent.
