某厂超临界W型火焰锅炉在运行过程中出现汽温欠温严重、下部水冷壁频繁爆管的问题,分析发现导致该问题的原因是百叶窗式浓淡分离器浓缩性能较差造成着火延迟。为了对该燃烧器进行改造,开展了百叶窗式浓淡分离器与旋风分离器的分离性能对比试验。结果表明:百叶窗式浓淡分离器分离效率最高60%,而旋风分离器的分离效率超过95%,着火距离从2 m多缩短至不足1 m。将百叶窗式浓淡分离器改造为旋风分离器后,主蒸汽温度达到设计值,未出现热疲劳现象。

Serious problems existed in the furnace of a supercritical W-flame boiler; steam under-temperature and tube explosion occurring frequently in the lower water wall.It was found that the problems were caused by the poor enrichment performance of the louver concentrator which led to the ignition delay.In order to improve the performance of the burners,a comparative study between the louver concentrator and the cyclone concentrator was carried out in this work.The results showed that,the separation efficiency of the louver separator is less than 60%,while that of the cyclone separator is more than 95%.On the other hand,the ignition distance is shortened from 2 m to less than 1m.After the louver concentrator was replaced with the cyclone separator,the main steam temperature reached the design value without thermal fatigue.
