[摘要]
针对船用汽轮机质量大、振动幅值大且低频特征线谱突出等特点,提出了在船用汽轮机上通过特定装置实现以振动抑制振动的思路,研制了满足结构和出力需求的低频特征线谱控制装置,并在船用汽轮机上进行了试验。结果表明:低频特征线谱控制装置能够使汽轮机的轴频降低6.6 dB,低频段平均振级降低1.7 dB。

In view of the characteristics of marine steam turbine with large mass,large vibration amplitude and prominent low frequency characteristic line spectrum,the idea of suppressing vibration with vibration through specific devices on marine steam turbines is presented in this paper.A low frequency characteristic line spectrum control device is designed and manufactured to meet the requirements on structure and output,and tested on marine steam turbine.The results show that the low frequency characteristic line spectrum control device can reduce the axial frequency of the steam turbine by 6.6 dB,and the average vibration level of the low frequency band is reduced by 1.7 dB.
