为满足某型燃气轮机各部位润滑冷却要求,按大流量、高可靠性、结构紧凑、轻量化的要求设计了一型由供油泵和4个回油泵组成的五联变位齿轮滑油泵,通过设计计算确定了滑油泵齿形参数,并进行了滑油泵的结构设计,根据设计图纸进行了滑油泵试验件的生产和试验。试验表明:在额定的转速和压力下,供油泵流量31 934 kg/h(设计流量29 000 kg/h)、回油泵Ⅰ流量25 291 kg/h(设计流量25 000 kg/h)、回油泵Ⅱ流量9 585 kg/h(设计流量8 700 kg/h)、回油泵Ⅲ流量14 586 kg/h(设计流量12 400 kg/h)、回油泵Ⅳ流量27 651 kg/h(设计流量24 800 kg/h),滑油泵各项参数与设计参数吻合性较好,能够满足某型燃气轮机润滑需求,属新型国内领先研制使用。

In order to meet the requirements of the lubrication and cooling of various parts of a gas turbine,a five joint sliding oil pump consisting of oil supply pump and four oil pump is designed according to the requirements of large flow,high reliability,compact structure and lightweight.The shape parameters of the oil pump are determined by design and calculation,and the structure design of the oil pump is carried out.The test results show that at rated speed and pressure,the flow rates of oil feed pump and the four return pumps are 31 934 kg/h(design flow 29 000 kg/h),25 291 kg/h(design flow 25 000 kg/h),9 585 kg/h(design flow 8 700 kg/h),14 586 kg/h(design flow 12 400 kg/h),27 651 kg/h(design flow 24 800 kg/h),respectively.The parameters of the oil pump are in good agreement with the design parameters,which can meet the lubrication requirements of a certain type gas turbine,and it is a new type of leading domestic development.
