火力发电烟气选择性催化还原(Selective catalytic reduction,SCR)脱硝系统投运既需满足环保政策要求,又要尽量压缩成本,提升其自动控制水平。从控制角度出发,将脱硝系统研究成果按被控对象建模与控制系统优化分为两类。针对常规建模普遍存在的建模方向单一问题,提出未来模型应同时包含化学反应机理和流场数值模拟等角度,能够更全面地反应脱硝对象特性;为实现更优脱硝控制品质,提出应用大数据和深度控制思想可作为未来脱硝控制优化的重要方案。在总结已有成果的基础上,提出建立模型与控制器紧密联系的完整脱硝控制体系是为未来的发展目标。

The operation of power plant flue gas selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration system should meet the requirements of environmental policies and try to reduce costs.It is of great significance to improve its automatic control level.From control standpoint,this paper divides the research results of denitration system into two categories according to the model of controlled object and the optimization of control system.Aiming at the singleness of general modeling direction,it is proposed that the future model should include both chemical reaction mechanism and numerical simulation of flow field,which can more comprehensively capture the denitration object characteristics.And in order to achieve better denitration control quality,this paper proposes that big data and depth control can be used as an important scheme for future denitration control optimization.Based on the summary of existing achievements,a complete denitration control system closely combining model and controller is proposed as the future development goal.
