为全面评价汽动引风机系统的经济性,能量价值理论建立了汽动引风机系统经济效益计算模型,采用供电煤耗率分析方法建立了汽动引风机节能效果计算模型,以某600 MW空冷机组为例,对其汽动引风机经济性进行分析计算。结果表明:机组负荷率、标煤价格、上网电价在合理范围内变化时,汽动引风机机组都比电动引风机机组具有更好的经济效益;汽动引风机系统节能与否取决于机组运行负荷的高低,机组高负荷运行时,采用汽动引风机技术反而会使机组能耗增加,而当机组在低负荷段运行时,汽动引风机表现出很好的节能效果。

In order to give a comprehensive evaluation of the steam induced fan system,it is necessary to study both economic and energy saving effects of steam induced fan system.In this paper,the economic benefit calculation model of the steam induced draft fan based on the theory of energy value is established,and the energy saving calculation model of the steam induced draft fan is established based on the coal consumption for power supply.With a 600 MW air-cooled unit in Shanxi Province as an example,the economic evaluation of steam induced fan is carried out,and the results show that: when the influencing factors change in the normal range,the steam induced fan unit has better economic benefits than the electric unit.However,its energy efficiency depends on the operating load of the unit.
