为分析螺旋侧板在立管运动时的抑涡效果,提出三角形和圆形两种新型截面形状的螺旋侧板,采用动网格技术,对低雷诺数下附有不同截面形状螺旋侧板立管在均匀来流中的横向受迫振荡进行数值模拟,分析其在特定振幅、不同振荡频率下的锁定区间、受力状况及尾涡结构,并与光滑立管进行对比。研究表明:相较光滑立管,附有3种螺旋侧板立管的锁定范围均有所增加;在进入锁定区间前,3种截面形状的螺旋侧板均具有良好抑振效果;在锁定区间内及跳出锁定区间后,三角形及圆形截面侧板的抑振效果优于矩形截面侧板,升力系数最大减幅分别为65.83%和83.53%;附有螺旋侧板立管的尾涡结构三维特性明显,在锁定区间内,圆形及三角形侧板的抑涡效果优于矩形侧板,跳出锁定区间后,三角形侧板对尾流场影响较大,涡激力最小,抑涡效果最佳。

In order to study the helical strakes’s suppression effects on the vibration risers,triangle and circular sections helical strakes are put forward.With the dynamic mesh technology ,forced oscillation in the steady flow of risers with different shaped helical strakes at low Reynolds number are numerically simulated.The analysis focuses on the lock-in range,as well as the force status and trailing vortex structure under fixed amplitude and different oscillator frequency,and the comparison with the bare risers.Research shows the risers with all three different shaped helical strakes have larger range than bare risers.Before entering into the lock-in range,risers with different shaped helical strakes all have good suppressing chatter effects.Within and after lock-in range,risers with triangle and circular sections helical strakes have smaller force than that with rectangular section,reducing the lift coefficient by 65.83% and 83.53%,respectively.The trailing vortex structure of risers with helical strakes exhibits three-dimensional characteristics.In lock-in range,risers with triangle and circular sections have better suppression effect than that with rectangular section.After lock-in range,triangle section helical strakes have most effect on the flow field and smallest force,indicating the best suppression effect .
