在压力为3 MPa,质量流量为2.6 g/s,出口流体温度加热至900 K的条件下,实验研究超临界压力下,对比含水量分别为20%和30%的乳化碳氢燃料与碳氢燃料的传热特性。实验结果表明:超临界压力下乳化碳氢燃料比碳氢燃料的热沉更大、热流密度更大、定压比热容更大、换热能力更强。故乳化碳氢燃料的传热特性更好,更适用于作为发动机再生冷却的冷却剂。

In order to compare the heat transfer characteristics of emulsified hydrocarbon fuel with water content of 20% and 30% and hydrocarbon fuel,the experiments were conducted at the pressure of 3 MPa,the mass flow rate of 2.6 g/s,and the outlet fluid temperature being heated to 900 K.The analysis of the experimental results show that under supercritical pressure,compared with hydrocarbon fuel,emulsified hydrocarbon fuel has higher heat sink,higher heat flux,higher specific heat capacity,and stronger heat exchange capacity.Therefore,the heat transfer characteristics of emulsified hydrocarbon fuel are better,and more suitable as a coolant for engine regeneration cooling.
