摘 要:为分析射流式自吸离心泵叶轮与隔流板间隙对其性能的影响,采用数值模拟的方法得到了5种该间隙下泵外特性曲线、自吸过程泵内部气液两相分布及流动情况,分析表明:随间隙增大,泵的扬程和效率上下波动较小;叶轮内含气率、导流器出口及泵体出口的气相质量流率随间隙增大而下降。兼顾考虑外特性、自吸性能、加工及装配工艺,确定叶轮与隔流板的间隙为1.0 mm最为理想。样机试验表明:设计点扬程34.21 m,效率55.29%;自吸高度为5 m时,自吸时间45 s,满足设计要求。

Abstract: To analyze the effect the clearance between the impeller and the isolating plate of fluid director on the performance of the flow-ejecting self-priming centrifugal pump,a numerical simulation was carried out and the variation of hydraulic properties,gas-liquid two-phase distribution and flow condition during the selfpriming process of the pump were obtained with five different clearance sizes.The analysis showed that the fluctuation in the head and efficiency of the pump is small with the gap size.The gas rate of impeller,air mass flow rate of fluid director outlet and pump outlet decrease with the increase in clearance.Considering hydraulic properties,performance of self-priming,processing and assembly process,it is determined that 1.0 mm clearance is the optimum size.The prototype test results showed that the head is 34.21 m and the efficiency is 55.29% under the design condition.When the selfpriming height is 5 m,the self-priming time is 45 s which meets the design requirements.
