摘 要:以R32变频滚动转子式制冷系统为研究对象,通过改变电子膨胀阀开度、压缩机运转频率、蒸发温度和吸排气压比,研究压缩机在不同工况尤其是不同吸气状态下的运行性能,结果表明:在过热段,压缩机容积效率基本不随过热度的变化而变化;在两相段,容积效率随吸气干度的减小呈线性下降趋势,且各工况斜率基本相同。蒸发温度基本不影响压缩机容积效率,而压比越高,容积效率越低;压缩机电效率在过热段和两相段分别随过热度和吸气干度的减小而线性减小,且两相段斜率大于过热段斜率。在相同蒸发温度下,压比越高,电效率越小;在相同压比下,蒸发温度越高,电效率越小;在各工况下,系统COP在过热段基本不变,在两相段随干度减小而减小。吸气干度0.90处的COP比吸气饱和点的COP平均降低了5.5%;容积效率随压缩机频率的提高而增大,电效率和系统COP随压缩机频率的提高而减小。

Abstract:The performance of R32 inverter rotary compressor system is analyzed in this paper by varying the opening of electronic expansion valve,compressor frequency,evaporating temperature and pressure ratio.The results show that the volumetric efficiency at superheated suction status is invariant,while that at two phase suction status linearly decreases with the decrease in-vapor quality,and the slope is same for all-operating conditions studied.Moreover,the evaporating temperature has little influence on the volumetric efficiency,while the volumetric efficiency is in inverse proportion to the pressure ratio.The electrical efficiency linearly decreases with the reduction in-superheated temperature and vapor quality,and the slope at two phase suction is higher than-that at superheated suction.In addition,the electrical efficiency is inversely proportional to the pressure ratio and the evaporating temperature at the same evaporating temperature and pressure ratio.The system COP with 0.90 suction vapor quality is 5.5% less than that with suction saturation.When the compressor frequency is changed,the volumetric efficiency increases with frequency,while the electrical efficiency and the system COP decrease.
