摘 要:传动误差是齿轮振动噪声重要的激励源,对齿轮传动的动力学负载和齿轮失效有重要的影响。考虑齿面弹流润滑影响,构建含有齿面摩擦以及时变啮合刚度的斜齿轮传动误差动力学模型,该数学算法与控制科学算法支持矢量机结合预测斜齿轮传动误差。研究表明,该算法可以有效的预测斜齿轮传动误差的变化趋势,预测精度与计算精度吻合度较好,在较少样本的情况下采用支持矢量机可以有效地对机械及齿轮传动做预测,适合工程上齿轮传动误差的定性及定量分析,对工程设计及齿轮传动预测有重要的指导意义。

Abstract: Transmission error is the important excitation factor on the vibration and noise generations,which are complex parameters and link to the design and manufacturing.The transmission error of helical gear has crucial influence on the kinetic load and gear failure.In this paper,the numerical algorithms were established with tooth surface friction in order to analyze transmission error.Then,based on support vector machines (SVMs),the computation model of transmission error of helical gear was constructed.Some conclusions were drawn by the comparative analysis of model prediction results and testing data.The SVM model has higher accuracy to calculate the transmission error.
