摘 要：建立300 MW火电机组实验模型，研究弧形挡板对冷却塔性能的影响，获得最佳弧形挡板布置方式，并对各因素进行回归分析，找出冷却塔高效运行的工况范围。研究表明：存在临界风速vcr ，当风速小于该值，随风速增大冷却性能逐渐降低；当风速大于该值，随风速增大冷却性能逐渐提高；弧形挡板可有效减弱环境侧风对冷却性能的不利影响，挡板安装角在45°~75°范围内冷却温差和效率相较于无侧风无弧形挡板都有不同程度的提高；进塔水温（28~38 ℃）越高时,冷却塔效率越高。

Abstract: Established was a test model for a 300 MW thermal power unit and studied was the influence of an arc-shaped baffle on the performance of a cooling tower.On this basis,an optimum arc-shaped baffle arrangement mode was obtained and a regression analysis of various factors was made with a range of operation of the cooling tower at a high efficiency being identified.It has been found that there will do exist a critical wind speed Vcr .When the wind speed is less than this value,the cooling performance of the cooling tower will gradually deteriorate with an increase of the wind speed.When the wind speed is bigger than this value,the said cooling performance will gradually improve with an increase of the wind speed.The arc-shaped baffle can effectively weaken the adverse influence of the environmental crosswind.When the cooling temperature difference ranges from 45 ℃ to 75 ℃,the cooling efficiency will improve to different extents compared with that without any wind and arc-shaped baffle.The higher the temperature of water into the tower,the higher the cooling efficiency of the cooling tower,however,when the temperature of water exceeds the critical water temperature of the water into the tower,the cooling efficiency will tend to be constant.
