[摘要]
为减少锅炉掺烧印尼褐煤发生的燃烧及制粉系统问题,提高锅炉掺烧印尼褐煤安全运行水平,在某600 MW四角切向燃烧的电站锅炉中,通过现场试验与数值模拟的两种方法,选取锅炉运行的各种典型工况,研究了印尼褐煤投运方式、掺烧比例对燃烧的影响,同时分析了磨煤机研磨褐煤时对其性能参数的影响。研究表明:相比下部燃烧器投运印尼褐煤,采用中部或上部燃烧器投运褐煤方式时,炉顶烟气温度更接近锅炉设计运行工况;相比印尼褐煤30%、70%掺烧比例,50%掺烧比例更有利于燃烧器区域燃料燃烧的稳定性;磨煤机研磨褐煤时,在风煤比例为2.3~3.0时,可控制一次风温度大于55 ℃,磨煤机运行安全稳定。

To minimize the problems existing in combustion and pulverized coal milling systems during the mixed and diluted combustion of Indonesiaoriginated lignite in boilers and heighten the safe operation level of the boilers,in a 600 MW tangentiallyfired utility boiler,by adopting the onthespot test and CFDbased numerical simulation methods to select various typical operating conditions of the boiler,studied was the influence of the modes to put into operation of Indonesiaoriginated lignite and mixed and diluted proportions on the combustion and at the same time,analyzed was the influence of the pulverized coal mill when pulverizing Indonesiaoriginated lignite on its performance parameters.It has been found that compared with the Indonesiaoriginated lignite being put into operation by the burners at the lower portion,when adopting a mode of Indonesiaoriginated lignite being put into operation by the burners at the middle or upper portion,the temperature of flue gases at the top of the boiler will further approach to that under the design operating condition of the boiler.Compared with the mixed and diluted proportion of Indonesiaoriginated lignite of 30% and 70%,the mixed and diluted proportion of 50% will be more favorable to the combustion stability of fuels in the area of the burners.When pulverizing the lignite by the mill,when the air/coal ratio is in a range from 2.3 to 3.0,the controllable temperature of the primary air will be higher than 55 ℃,thus the pulverized coal mill operates safely and stably.
