基于长波区简化ECAH模型对超声波在两相流中的传播进行数值模拟,对数值模拟结果进行拟合并整理出便于计算固相浓度的反演模型。设计了超声波垂直落粉试验台和超声波测量系统,以均匀粒径玻璃珠作为试验样品,在125和200 kHz的超声波频率下进行固相浓度测量实验。结果表明:该方法对不同粒径的玻璃珠有着较好的区分度,浓度测量值与标称值接近,测量误差小于15%,该方法可用于实时测量系统。

A numerical simulation was conducted of the propagation of supersonic waves in a twophase flow based on a simplified ECAH model in the long wave zone.A fitting of the numerical simulation results was performed and an inversion model for quickly calculating the solidphase concentration was sorted out.A supersonic wave vertical pulverized coal falling test stand and a supersonic wave measurement system were designed.With glass beads in a uniform diameter serving as the test sample,at a supersonic wave frequency of 125 kHz and 200 kHz respectively,a solidphase concentration measurement test was carried out.The research results show that the method in question enjoys a relatively good discrimination degree of the glass beads in various particle diameters.The concentration measurement values approach to the nominal values,the measuring errors being less than 15%.Therefore,the method in question can be used for real time measurement systems.
