摘 要:针对阀门泄漏特别是早期泄漏,其故障特征提取困难的问题,结合火力发电厂阀门前后压差明显及其特有泄漏噪声特性,发现一种具有自适应滤波功能专门针对工程应用的泄漏声发射信号除噪方法—频率鉴别、幅度鉴别和阀前阀后差值法相结合,并将该方法应用于某电厂1号机组除氧器溢流电动门泄漏检测试验。结果表明:基于该滤波去噪模块所开发的阀门泄漏故障检测系统滤波能力强,信号处理快捷、准确、可靠,可以有效应用于实际工程之中。

In the light of the problems that the fault characteristics of any leakage from a valve are difficult to be extracted,especially a leakage in its early stage,in combination with an obvious pressure difference before and after a valve operating in a thermal power plant and the specific characteristics of the leakage noise,the author found out a leakage acoustic emission denoising method functioning an adaptive wave filtering and specific to engineering applications-integrating frequency identification and amplitude identification method with the before-and-after-a-valve differential value method,and the method in question was applied in a test to inspect and test any leakage from an electrically-operated over-flow valve on a deaerator in the unit No.1 of a power plant.It has been found that the valve leakage fault testing system thus developed based on the wave filtering and denoising module boasts a strong ability to filter waves and can quickly,accurately and reliably process signals,thus efficiently applicable for realistic engineering projects.
