低温省煤器技术可降低锅炉排烟温度,实现余热回收利用。本文针对国内外低温省煤器应用技术进行综述,系统分析低温省煤器的工作原理、布置方式及连接方式,并对各种方式的优缺点进行比较,指出各自的适用范围。总结并对比不同机组应用低温省煤器技术的经济性,结果表明低温省煤器与暖风器联合应用可综合两者优势,与纯低温省煤器或纯暖风器应用相比,节能效果更佳。详细分析并总结低温省煤器应用过程中常见问题及相应防治措施,为低温省煤器技术的设计、应用及改造提供指导。

The technology of low temperature economizer could reduce the flue gas temperature, and realize the recovery of waste heat. The application of low temperature economizer technology worldwide were reviewed in this paper. The operation principle, arrangement and connection mode of low temperature economizer were systematically analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of every mode were compared, and the scope of application was respectively pointed out. The economic efficiency of low temperature economizer on different power units were summarized and compared, the results indicates that the energy-saving effect of joint application technology of low temperature economizer and air heater is better compared with .separate application The common troubles and corresponding preventive measures during the application of low temperature economizer were analyzed in detail, which could provide guidance for the design, application and retrofit of low temperature economizer.
