评价低压省煤器节能效果通常采用热平衡图法或等效焓降法,该两种方法都需要进行全面热力性能试验。本文基于热力学第一定律的基本理论,以火电厂能量损失为研究对象,分析低压省煤器投入运行后对电厂各项能量损失的影响,建立了定功率条件下计算低压省煤器节能量的数学模型。该计算模型根据局部参数的测量就能较准确的评价低压省煤器的节能效果,简化了试验过程。最后将该方法应用在某国产330MW机组上,并与热平衡图法和等效焓降法的计算结果进行了比较。

The energy efficiency of low-pressure economizer is usually used thermal equilibrium or equivalent enthalpy drop method to evaluate, but the two methods need to conduct a comprehensive thermal performance test .Based on the first law of thermodynamics and taken the energy loss of thermal power plant as the research object, A mathematics model of the energy-saving of low-pressure economizer under the constant power output was established throng analyzed the influence of low-pressure economizer on the energy loss of power plant. The calculation model can accurately evaluate the energy saving effect of the low-pressure economizer according to the measurement of the local parameters, which make the test process simplify. The method was applied to a domestic 330MW unit and compared with the calculation results of the thermal equilibrium method and the equivalent enthalpy drop method.
