通过分析某电厂制粉系统雨季堵煤的原因,降低给煤机出口煤流与加大给煤机到磨煤机之间落煤管,达到了煤流顺利通过落煤管而不与内壁接触的改造效果,取得了良好的改造效果。本文制粉系统防堵煤综合治理改造技术对其它同类型机组具有一定的指导意义。

Owing to the problems on the coal blockage with the rainy day, some practical modifications are conducted in this paper. The coal flow rate at the outlet of feeding coal device is decreasing, and the pipe length between the feeding coal device and mill is increasing to a higher value. From these modifications, very good results are obtained in the practical running considering the coal blockage. It is beneficial for other power plants on the coal blockage prevention in future running.
