炉水循环泵是机泵一体的高温高压无轴封泵,研究出口管角度对泵性能的影响,为炉水循环泵的设计和优化提供理论指导,对于促进炉水循环泵的国产化具有重要意义。运用ANSYS-CFX计算了不同出口管角度的炉水循环泵外特性曲线,并通过样机实验验证了数值模拟的准确性;分析了不同出口管角度对炉水循环泵内部流场和压力脉动的影响。结果表明:出口管角度为90?、100?和115?时,泵体内部流动较为平稳;130?时,出口管内流动较为紊乱,死水区较多。出口管角度为130?时,扬程和效率有明显下降,扬程减小约2.3m,效率下降约2.2%。不同出口管角度下,叶轮流域压力脉动差别较小;角度为90?、100?和115?时,导叶流域压力脉动变化相近;当角度达到130?时,导叶流域压力脉动幅度明显增大。炉水循环泵出口管设计角度不宜超过130?。

Boiler water circulating pump is a kind of sealless pump in which motor and pump are integrated and work in high temperature and high pressure. Study on the effect of different outlet pipe angles on the pump performance, to provide theoretical guidance for the design and optimization of boiler circulating pump, it has important significance to promote the localization of boiler circulating pump. External performance curves at different outlet pipe angles of boiler circulating pump were calculated by ANSYS-CFX. The accuracy of the numerical simulation was verified by real pump experiment. The influence of different outlet pipe angles on internal flow and pressure fluctuation of the boiler water circulation pump were analyzed. The results show that: at angles of 90 ?、100 ? and 115 ?, internal flow of the pump body is relatively stable. At angle of 130?, the flow in outlet pipe is more turbulent, there are more stagnant regions. When the outlet pipe angle is 130 ?, the head and efficiency are significantly reduced, the head reduced by 2.3 m, and the efficiency reduced by 2.2%. The pressure fluctuation difference of impeller basin is slight in different outlet pipe angles. At angles of 90 ?, 100 ? and 115 ?, the pressure fluctuation in guide vane are similar. When the angle reaches 130?, the amplitude of the pressure fluctuation in guide vane increases significantly. The design angle of the outlet pipe of the boiler water circulation pump should not exceed 130 ?.
