采用二次再热技术能有效提高煤电机组效率,但汽温系统之间的耦合更加严重,传统PID控制难以取得满意控制效果。PID神经元网络(PIDNN)能够通过在线学习修改网络权值达到解耦目的,有效提高控制系统性能。本文通过辨识得到了二次再热机组主再热汽温对象模型,设计了基于PIDNN的汽温解耦控制系统,并进行了仿真验证。

The double-reheat technology can effectively improve the efficiency of the unit, but the coupling problem between the steam temperature system is more serious.The traditional PID control is difficult to achieve satisfactory control effect. PID neural network (PIDNN) can improve the performance of the control system by modifying the network weight to achieve the decoupling purpose through online learning. In this paper, the steam temperature system model of the double-reheat unit is obtained by identification, and the steam temperature decoupling control system based on PIDNN is designed and verified by simulation.
