对某热电厂75t/h循环流化床锅炉进行烟气再循环技术改造,改造后的现场试验结果表明:随烟气再循环率从0增大到23%,炉膛料层、过渡区温度分别下降42℃和27℃,炉膛出口温度降低13℃,NOX排放量由451mg/Nm3降至325mg/Nm3,脱硝效率为27.9%;尾部烟道出口烟气温度逐渐升高,氧量虽逐渐下降但趋势减小。本试验验证了循环流化床锅炉采用烟气再循环技术降低料层温度及氮氧化物排放是切实可行的。

Flue gas recycling technology transformation was carried out in 75 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler of a thermal power plant, after transforming, the results from field test shows that, with the flue gas recirculation rate increases from 0 to 23%, the temperature in bed material and transition zone declined by 42℃ and 27℃ respectively, furnace outlet temperature is declined by 13℃,The NOX emissions falls from the 451mg/Nm3 to 325mg/Nm3, and the denitration efficiency is 27.9%. In the outlet of chimney flue, flue gas temperature gradually increased, and the oxygen content of flue gas decreases gradually but a slower pace of declines. This experiment verifies that the circulating fluidized bed boiler using flue gas recirculation technology to reduce the material layer temperature and nitrogen oxides emissions is feasible and effective.
