针对混合阀方式运行的东汽(东方汽轮机有限公司,“简称东汽”)超临界600 MW机组,提出了一种在大流量抽汽工况下的进汽方式综合优化策略。首先,针对机组低负荷三阀节流问题,将机组高调门进汽方式改为正常顺序阀模式;然后,针对机组以负荷为自变量的滑压运行曲线的弊端,设计了考虑抽汽量和抽汽位置的三维滑压运行方案;最后,给出了机组DEH阀门管理中没有切换功能条件下的配汽规律实现策略,形成了多抽汽参数进行实时修正的三维滑压曲线的二维DCS实现策略。实际应用效果验证了该综合优化策略的有效性及推广价值。

For Dongfang supercritical 600 MW units with mixing valve operation mode,an integrated optimization strategy for steam admission mode was proposed under the condition of large extraction. For the threevalve throttling under low load condition,the high profile steam admission mode of the unit is changed to the normal sequence valve mode. Then,in view of the disadvantage that sliding pressure operation curve changes with the load,a 3D sliding pressure operation scheme was designed by considering the swept volume and extraction. Finally,implementation strategy of steam allocation for the unit was presented for the DEH valve management module without switching function. At the same time,DCS implementation strategy of 3D sliding pressure curve is formed through the real-time correction with multiple extraction parameters. The practical application of this presented strategy has verified the effectiveness and application value of the integrated optimization strategy.
