以某660 MW和330 MW机组锅炉为研究对象,采用ASME试验规程计算锅炉热效率及其不确定度。分析660 MW和330 MW机组锅炉热效率的精度不确定度、偏差极限及整体不确定度,并在精度指标归一化后分析各参数所占比重,以及影响锅炉热效率不确定度精度指标敏感的参数。结果表明:660 MW、330 MW机组锅炉热效率不确定度分别为0.42%、0.52%,锅炉实际蒸发量、大气环境温、湿度和烟气温度对锅炉热效率不确定度精度指标更敏感。

Using 660 MW and 330 MW boilers as examples,boiler thermal efficiency calculation and uncertainty were determined by adopting ASME code.The systematic uncertainty,standard deviation and the overall uncertainty of thermal efficiencies for the 660 MW and 330 MW boilers were analyzed,and followed by the normalized precision index and its sensitivities.Results showed that the thermal efficiency uncertainties of 660 MW and 330 MW boilers are 0.42% and 0.52% respectively. The uncertainty precision index for the boiler thermal efficiency is more sensitive to the actual boiler capacity,environment temperature,humidity and flue gas temperature.
