石化企业工艺装置内存在大量低温余热(80~150 ℃),这些低温余热经过空气冷却器(简称空冷器)、循环水冷却器尚未得到利用,就散失于大气中。采用第二类吸收式热泵机组低温余热回收技术,回收两套烷基苯装置的低温余热可发生0.35 MPa的低压饱和蒸汽,再通过在导热油加热炉对流段设置蒸汽过热盘管将饱和蒸汽加热成过热蒸汽,输入低压蒸汽管网,可连续供各低压蒸汽用户使用。石化低温余热热泵机组低压蒸汽系统供汽技术充分利用石化装置低温余热资源,具有蒸汽成本低、运行平稳、机组启动快、负荷调节灵活的特点,对于节能减排任务艰巨的石化行业,值得推广。

There is a great amount of low temperature waste heat in petrochemical industry (80~150 ℃) that has not been utilized and loses to environment when passing through the air cooler and circulating water cooler. The technology of waste heat recovery using the second class absorption heat pump is used to produce the low pressure saturated steam at 0.35 MPa by two LAB plants. In order to provide low pressure steam to users by pipe networks consistently,the superheated steam coils is configured at the convection section of heat exchange oil furnace,which is used to heat the saturated steam to superheated steam. The technology of the heat pump units providing steam to the low pressure steam systems makes full use of low temperature waste heat resource in Petrochemical Industry. This technology has many advantages,such as low-cost steam,running smoothly,starting quickly,and flexible adjustment,and can be widely applied in petrochemical industry.
