电站锅炉的排烟温度一般设计在120~140 ℃,其携带出的热量损失占电站输入热量的3%~8%。合理设计烟气余热回收装置、充分利用电站锅炉排烟余热是提高电站效率的重要途径。本文介绍了烟气余热利用装置在电站系统中的应用,对烟气余热利用装置的布置形式和利用方式进行了阐述,综述了常规和新型烟气余热利用技术的现状和研究进展,并对其热力学原理以及研究方法进行了分析。结合吸收式溴化锂热泵技术,为进一步回收烟气余热的“量”与“质”提供新的方向。

The exhaust gas temperature of boilers in power plants is usually 120~140 ℃ and the thermal loss is up to 3%~8% of total energy input.A proper configuration with flue gas waste heat recovery device to take advantage of the flue gas waste heat is an important way to improve the efficiency in power plant. This paper presented the application of flue gas waste heat recovery devices in power plant. The arrangement and utilization of flue gas waste heat recovery devices were discussed. The conventional and new-type recovery technologies for flue gas waste heat recovery were summarized. Also presented were the thermodynamics theory and analytical methods for flue gas waste heat recovery. Combining the technology of lithium bromide absorption heat pump,a new approach for further recovering the flue gas waste heat in quality and quantity is provided.
